Lionard is looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to strengthen the HR Department at its offices in Florence and Milan.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will actively contribute to the company's expansion plan, which involves growing the organization nationwide. Specifically, they will be responsible for the following activities:

• Defining Job Profiles in collaboration with General Management;
• Screening applications according to company guidelines to ensure high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness;
• Managing online and in-person interviews;
• Selecting the best professional profiles for sales and corporate roles;
• Supporting assessment and onboarding processes for new staff members;
• Consolidating career growth and development paths within the company.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to workforce growth and the company's expansion, driven by an incentive plan designed to achieve shared and predetermined goals.

Employment Type: Full-time employee contract according to the National Collective Labor Agreement for Real Estate Agencies (CCNL Agenzie Immobiliari).

The type of contract will be determined based on the candidate's actual seniority, with a performance-based compensation package aligned with experience and achieved results.

• At least 3 years of experience in the role within structured corporate environments, Employment Agencies, or Head Hunting firms;
• Strong interest in the Luxury sector;
• Strategic vision and strong results-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong teamworking abilities;
• A degree in Economics or Human Resources is preferred;
• Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
