We receive tens of thousands of applications per year. It is a source of pride, but it also requires great organization. Despite the firm intention of giving correct feedback to all the people who come to our company, sometimes we may have some shortcomings.
This is why, in our process of continuous improvement of internal procedures, we have decided to give two opportunities to those who apply. A more traditional and a more personal one. You can thus apply for a Lionard position by simply sending us a CV with a photo, or accompany it with a video to help us better understand your qualities and your value.
You will have a few minutes to motivate your application for Lionard and you can choose whether to do it in English or Italian.
Your CV was deemed to be in line with the desired qualities for one of our positions. You will receive an email from the HR department which will ask you to independently schedule a first thirty-minute online interview. We will investigate the elements of interest that emerged from the examination of your application.
We will try to get to know the person, beyond what is represented in the CV: what are your distinctive qualities, what are the motivations that push you towards our Company.
From our side you will receive more specific information on the expectations for the ongoing research.
We found your application complete and interesting and/or were impressed by the approach shown in the online pre-screening interview.
Since we are used to basing our choices on objective data, we are also scrupulous in the selection process.
The in-person interview, in fact, serves to look into the elements of interest that emerged in the early stages and to understand how your professional and personal path will fit within our Company.
If the position you are applying for allows it, you will be called together with other candidates for a group assessment. In this way we will be able to test your skills in practice and observe the way you relate to the team within the working environment.
If the outcome of the assessment is positive, you will conclude the day by carrying out an individual interview to analyze together your approach to work and the leadership skills that emerged.
The selection is complete, we want you in the team! You will be contacted by the Legal Department, which will formalize a collaboration proposal, complete with all the details about your role, timing of insertion and other relevant information.
In this phase we will be at your complete disposal to clearly illustrate our offer and define together your career path.
