The main steps in our history
Lionard was founded in Florence by Dimitri Corti, a Florentine entrepreneur with many years of experience in the real estate and technology sector.
2010The name chosen for the company calls to mind Italy, excellence and uniqueness thanks to an international sound. It combines, in fact, two words: Leonardo and Lion. The first recalls the greatness of the famous artist born in Vinci, the other has an echo to the strength and beauty of the king of the jungle.
The company moves its headquarters to Florence, in Via de 'Tornabuoni 1, the historic and prestigious street of Florentine fashion.
2017In 2017 Lionard began to structure the management of work processes by investing in the development of its IT infrastructure, which is unique in the industry. In 2017 it opened its office in Milan, in Via Borgonuovo 20, in the middle of the Fashion District.
The company continued to expand, in order to maintain a high-end real estate portfolio and attract professionals of this industry.
20202020 marked the opening of its third office, in Rome, overlooking the elegant Piazza di San Lorenzo in Lucina. 2020 is the year of records for Lionard, in terms of turnover, purchase requests and managed negotiations.
Lionard starts an important business development plan with the opening of its new office in Naples, in Via dei Mille 16..
By opening its fourth office, the company started an expansion project that will lead it to be in 15 other Italian cities. The supervision of strategic locations in real estate brokerage will guarantee Lionard greater efficiency and coverage of the territory.
