Lionard is founded in Florence by Dimitri Corti, a Florentine entrepreneur with many years of experience in both the real estate and technology sectors.

The name chosen for the brand gives the Company an international sound through the blend of “Leonardo,” the visionary artist born in Vinci, and “Lion,” a timeless symbol of strength and courage—evoking Italian charm, excellence, and uniqueness. The griffin in the logo represents perfection, protection, and vigilant guardianship of Italian heritage and excellence.

The Company launches its “BeLionard” magazine, a refined marketing tool that highlights the growing exclusivity of its portfolio.

Lionard moves its headquarters to Via de’ Tornabuoni 1, Florence’s historic high-fashion street.

Investment begins in the development of a proprietary IT infrastructure, truly unique in the market. A new office opens in Milan.

The third office opens in Rome, overlooking the elegant Piazza di San Lorenzo in Lucina. In the same year, the Company records unprecedented results in terms of turnover, purchase requests, and managed negotiations.

The Company opens a new office in Naples, on Via dei Mille, in the heart of the city’s luxury district, further strengthening its presence in Italy’s most coveted high-end destinations and consolidating its role as a benchmark player in the ultra-luxury real estate market.

With the opening of its Venice office, in one of the most unique and dreamed-of cities in the world, Lionard consolidates its presence in the most strategic destinations for UHNW clients, further enhancing its appeal to an international audience.

The Company opens an office in Porto Cervo, emblematic destination for the international elite on the northern coast of Sardinia, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, and among the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean and worldwide.

In the same year, the Milan office relocates to Corso Monforte, one of the city’s most prestigious areas and the heart of the design district, a renowned street for its concentration of international brands and leading names in the industry.
