Real Estate Advisors must represent the Company in their activities. Specifically, they will have to:

• Manage the buyers assigned by the Company and identifying tailored solutions;
• Conduct the negotiation process, assisting buyers in transactions according to company procedures and standards;
• Interfacing with professionals involved in intermediation activities;
• Manage the documentation and contracts envisaged in the sales process.

The resource will be able to grow in a stimulating company and rely on:

• Almost 4,000 luxury properties for a total value of more than € 20B and an average value per property of € 5.32M;
• At least 100 requests per year from selected buyers, assigned exclusively to each Agent;
• Highest royalties in the reference market;
• Use of unique technologies in the real estate market designed to facilitate the achievement of commercial objectives;
• Constant training within the Lionard Luxury Academy.

Requirements reflect the level of service excellence expected by LIONARD buyers.
Therefore, the candidates must have the following requirements:

• Possession of the legal requirements to operate as a Real Estate Agent (passing the suitability exam for business agents in mediation);
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English (or another second language);
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and communication skills;
• Familiarity with the use of the main IT software;
• Ability to work in a team and manage several activities at the same time;
• Integrity and reliability.
