For the enhancement of our Finance function, we are looking for a Financial Accountant who will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in the process of internalizing the accounting function at Lionard.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, up to the preparation of the pre-tax financial statements;

• Management of outgoing and incoming invoicing, ensuring correct VAT application;

• Recording of accounting transactions and bank reconciliations;

• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities;

• Management of periodic tax obligations (VAT, withholding taxes, F24 filings);

• Cost monitoring and support for management control activities.

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields;

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting roles within structured companies or professional firms;

• Knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC);

• Good command of Excel; knowledge of TeamSystem accounting software will be considered a plus;

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;

• Accuracy, reliability, and strong analytical skills;

• Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
