For our Milan office, we are seeking a Digital Advertising expert capable of combining analytical precision with aesthetic sensitivity. At Lionard, you will not simply manage advertisements; you will be responsible for guiding Italy’s most iconic properties toward an elite international audience, transforming visibility into relationships of value

Working in close synergy with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing Manager, the candidate will take control of the following activities:

• Strategic Planning: Designing and managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads, with a specific focus on premium and international targeting.
• Performance Optimization: Conducting continuous testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates and the quality of generated leads.
• Analysis and Reporting: Carefully monitoring KPIs and preparing periodic reports to provide strategic insights to the company management.
• Creative Coordination: Actively collaborating on the definition of visual content and copy, ensuring every communication is consistent with the brand's exclusive image.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocating advertising investments across various platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years in similar roles, preferably within luxury sectors or the high-end real estate market.
• Technical Expertise: Deep and proven knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Education: A degree or specialized training in digital communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Languages: Excellent command of both Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered a significant asset.
• Mindset: Strong results-orientation, data analysis skills, and a good command of the Adobe Suite.
