The Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for:

• Executive Support: Full calendar management, appointment planning, and communication filtering. Corporate secretarial support for Board of Directors meetings, including minute-taking and handling of confidential documentation.
• Travel & Logistics: End-to-end logistical management of domestic and international travel, including visas, transfers, and complex itineraries.
• Public Relations: Management of communication flows and contacts with institutions, shareholders, and high-profile business partners.
• Personal Assistance: Management of private life, personal administration (payments, filing), and coordination of household staff and family service providers.

• Role of Trust: A high-responsibility position with direct visibility into the decision-making dynamics of a leading luxury company.

• Soft Skills: Absolute confidentiality and discretion, strong problem-solving skills for handling emergencies, and exceptional organizational aptitude.
• Languages: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
