How does the video interview work? - Recruitment

After submitting the application, the candidates' profiles which are in line with role requirements are invited to participate to the video interview that is the first selection tool.

This is a useful tool for the company because it provides further information regarding the candidate that is not present in data reported in the CV and / or the video application. For the candidate it is an important opportunity to highlight their characteristics and illustrate how they can adapt to the job they intend to do.

The duration of an online interview is approximately 15 minutes and is carried out via Zoom. If successful, the candidate enters the second phase and is invited to a more in-depth individual meeting which is usually held at the company's headquarters in Florence.
