How does the recruiting process work? - Recruitment

The selection is generally structured in three phases: a first cognitive online interview is carried out (lasting about 15 minutes) a second in-person interview (lasting about 30 minutes). Once the interviews have been completed, those who have reached the third step of the Lionard selection process will be invited to participate in a Lionard assessment at the Florence head office lasting 2/3 days.
