Il sito internet careers.lionard.com (il “Sito”) è amministrato da Lionard S.p.A. (l' “Amministratore”). L'Amministratore è una società italiana con sede legale e operativa in Firenze, Via dé Tornabuoni n. 1, P.IVA 01660450477. Le condizioni ed i termini specificati qui di seguito si applicano al contenuto dell'intero Sito e, unitamente a qualunque pagina o documento ai quali tali condizioni e termini possono fare riferimento, costituiscono i termini e le condizioni in base ai quali l'Amministrazione consente l'utilizzazione del Sito. L'accesso ai contenuti del Sito è subordinato alla lettura attenta e all'accettazione dei presenti Termini e condizioni d'uso (le “Condizioni”). L'utilizzo del Sito implica l'accettazione integrale delle Condizioni.
Effettuando l’accesso o utilizzando i servizi presenti sul Sito l’Utente accetta i presenti Termini di utilizzo. Nel caso di mancata accettazione l’Utente deve astenersi dall’utilizzare il Sito. Lionard invita gli Utenti del Sito a consultare periodicamente i presenti Termini di Utilizzo e le altre sezioni del Sito quali l’Informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali (Privacy Policy), l’Informativa sull’utilizzo dei cookies (cookie policy) anche al fine di verificare la presenza di eventuali aggiornamenti o modifiche.
1. PREMESSA.
Proprietà industriale ed intellettuale.
Lionard è il titolare esclusivo dei contenuti del Sito, ivi compresi a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo i testi, i documenti, le immagini, i loghi, le fotografie, il layout delle pagine, il design, il know-how; alcuni dei predetti contenuti possono essere coperti da copyright, marchi, brevetti, modelli e/o altri diritti di proprietà industriale ed intellettuale riconosciuti dall’ordinamento italiano ed internazionale. Nessun contenuto del Sito può essere considerato o interpretato come concesso in licenza da Lionard o come oggetto di qualsivoglia altro diritto di utilizzo da parte degli utenti e/o di soggetti terzi.
Molte sezioni di questo Sito sono accessibili anche senza necessità di registrazione. Altre sezioni, invece, richiedono la registrazione tramite il conferimento di taluni dati personali identificativi dell'utente. Per il trattamento di tali dati l'Amministratore si attiene alla Privacy Policy.

Lionard si riserva il diritto di disattivare in qualsiasi momento il codice di identificazione e o la password, scelti dall'Utente o assegnati da Lionard Luxury Real Estate SpA, se, a suo giudizio, l'Utente non ha rispettato anche solo parzialmente le presenti Condizioni.
Qualora l'Utente sappia o sospetti che un altro soggetto sia a conoscenza del suo codice di identificazione o della sua password, dovrà darne immediata comunicazione a Lionard Luxury Real Estate SpA, inviando una mail all'indirizzo info@lionard.com.
4. Comportamento dell’Utente.
Ad eccezione dei dati di carattere personale che saranno trattati in conformità a quanto appena specificato, qualunque materiale, contenuto, ecc. trasmesso o inserito sul Sito sarà considerato non-confidenziale e non-proprietario. Pertanto, l'Amministratore non assume alcuna obbligazione con riferimento a tali informazioni e materiali e si intenderà autorizzato ad acquisire copia, trasmettere, rivelare, utilizzare tali materiali, sia per finalità di carattere commerciale, sia per finalità diverse.
L'Utente si impegna a non inserire o trasmettere in o dal Sito qualunque materiale:

• che cagionino danno (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo senza limitazione alcuna, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, componenti difettosi, dati corrotti o altri software dal contenuto lesivo o in grado di danneggiare).
L'Utente non può abusare del Sito (incluso, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, mediante lo svolgimento di attività di hackeraggio).
L'Amministratore coopererà attivamente con le autorità pubbliche incaricate di svolgere indagini e adempirà a qualunque ordine di giudice che richieda o che ordini all'Amministratore di rivelare l'identità o di individuare i soggetti che trasmettono o inseriscono materiale non conforme alla legge e/o a quanto sopra stabilito.
5. Registrazioni al sito
Ogni registrazione al Sito vale per un solo utente. Qualunque codice identificativo, password, username o altro, e parte costitutiva dei sistemi di sicurezza e delle procedure attivati dall'Amministratore per proteggere il sistema ed i dati conservati sul Sito. Pertanto, essi non possono essere svelati ad alcuno, neppure all'interno di un gruppo sia pure determinato. L'Amministratore si riserva di disabilitare il codice identificativo, la password e/o la user-name relativa ad un qualunque utilizzatore del Sito, allorché, secondo l'insindacabile opinione dell'Amministratore, ci sia stata una violazione qualunque di una qualsiasi delle presenti Condizioni.
