The resource will be responsible for:

• Analyze and study the retail asset real estate market based on defined KPIs;
• Profile both technical and commercial assets for retail use to target, including benchmarking;
• Manage technical and commercial aspects aimed at the acquisition of the mandate for sale;
• Produce reports aimed at monitoring and controlling quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

  The selection for the position of Real Estate Analyst - Luxury Retail, placing itself within a recruitment process with which the company today wants to identify the collaborators and managers called upon to manage the process of national and international expansion of the brand, is aimed at profiles that demonstrate proactivity and a strong propensity for professional growth.

The resource will need to demonstrate a strong interest in the real estate market, as well as ambition to embark on a business path geared toward the sale of luxury properties. Requirements are as follows: 

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in law and/or business/financial disciplines, possibly with a grade of no less than 100/110;
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English languages;
• Good business, negotiation and communication skills;
• Familiarity with the use of major computer software;
• Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills and good executive autonomy;
• Integrity and reliability.
  
  Knowledge of the dynamics of the Retail and Luxury real estate market is a plus in the evaluation of the candidacy.

The expected salary for the position ranges from 19K to 22K euros annually and consists of a fixed and a variable part. The natural evolution of this figure, also in terms of remuneration, is the Real Estate Advisor
