Responsibilities

LIONARD S.p.A. is seeking a Head of Group Talent Acquisition for its Florence, Rome and Milan offices to consolidate the expansion process and start the international development of the Brand.

The resource is therefore expected to perform the following activities:

  • Presides over areas of the HR function, with a predominant focus on recruitment and organizational development issues;
  • Collaborates with management to implement the organization's objectives and strategy related to HR, recruiting processes and employee engagement;
  • Provides detailed analysis of the organization, including benchmarking and through gap analysis;
  • Coordinates the Department's current five resources, overseeing talent acquisition and recruiting activities;
  • Identifies opportunities to improve and enhance the organization in line with business goals and priorities, driven by the adoption of new digital technologies or more agile ways of working;
  • Plans, coordinates and implements policies, processes and initiatives to support the organization's human resource strategies;
  • Identifies medium- to long-term strategies to support the organization's needs;
  • Drafts internal procedures for managing the HR function; 
  • Identifies structured career plans;
  • Implements monitoring, KPI and performance evaluation processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Management/Industrial Engineering or related;
  • Work experience: 8-10 years in similar positions, preferably in contexts that have experienced accelerated organizational growth in a short period of time.

Profile is complete with:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral), in addition to Italian;
  • Proven experience in managing organizational issues related to complex projects, including at the international level (e.g., Change Management, Digital Transformation, Corporate Reorganization, M&A Transactions, Process Redefinition);
  • Results orientation; 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition for teamwork;
  • Analytical thinking and strong propensity for problem solving.
