LIONARD is looking for three Architects for its office in Florence to strengthen the team of three professionals and carry on the opening of new offices in Italy and, at the same time, to contribute on residential property renovation projects.

It's required to be available full time (the role requires both office work and on-site visits). Therefore, the search is NOT aimed at professional studios and/or freelance professionals who wish to expand their client portfolio, combining other commitments.

The resource, reporting to the General Management, will have the following responsibilities:

• Feasibility studies;
• Site inspections (type: high quality private residential and commercial buildings; supervision of works with regular reporting of technical issues and proposals on how to handle them);
• Development of project layouts and related preparation of estimated metric calculations;
• Management of bills of quantities, invoices from suppliers and monitoring payments vs completion and suppliers involved in the new offices opening process (e.g.: participation in working meetings with engineers, builders and other suppliers involved in the project);
• Support the Corporate Legal in managing contracts with suppliers of materials and services.

Freelance contract with fixed monthly remuneration.

Requirements are as follow:

• Master's Degree in Architecture;
• Professional qualification to operate in Italy;
• Willingness to travel within the Italian territory;
• At least three years of work experience, including site management;
• Excellent knowledge of regulations and of the management of calculations;
• Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D drawing programmes;
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills;
• Operational and schedule flexibility.
