The Acquisition Manager will report directly to the CEO and will carry out the following activities:

• Development of real estate portfolio throughout the Italian territory according to the set commercial strategy and objectives;
• Coordination of teams dedicated to the acquisition process of sales mandates, with particular attention to compliance with company standards;
• Management of most strategic negotiations;
• Analysis of results and given KPIs to plan the necessary activities and improve performance, achieving the set objectives.
